We manage your invitation to bids for all projects and ensure all trades have been invited to bid on all projects to provide complete coverage. We successfully increased the number of subcontractors bidding by 200% before working with us.

We have simplified drawing page-turn process for all of our estimators and ensure essential information available on the drawings have been reviewed and included in the bid. In addition to page turn we also provide takeoffs to our clients for all estimates

We review all sub-bids the client receives and compare them with the takeoffs to ensure the entire scope of work is captured in the bid and check all inclusions and exclusions on sub-bids.

Prepare a complete estimate for the General Contractor and provide them with the full scope of work, including direct costs (all 50 CSI divisions), indirect costs (General Conditions), and Fee. In addition we also provide our clients with an Assumptions and Clarifications log.
